It is the policy and procedure of Leslie Phillips Seminars® to provide our customers with their certificate at the end of each seminar. Because we provide this in person, at the conclusion of all seminars, the following policy is adhered to:
1. If a customer loses, misplaces, fails to get their certificate before leaving for the day, or otherwise cannot find their certificate that was originally provided at their seminar, Leslie Phillips Seminars® will provide an additional certificate electronically with an administrative charge of $15.00. Customers may utilize the buy it now option below or contact email@example.com to pay by check.
2. If a customer requests a certificate to be mailed through the United States Postal Service, Leslie Phillips Seminars ® will mail the certificate with an administrative charge of $20.00. Customers may utilize the buy it now option below or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to pay by check.
