Distinguish the various functions of the clinical counseling supervisor in the context of the professional development of counselors in a variety of counseling settings, including specific issues surrounding supervision for license.
 Discuss and integrate a working knowledge of the codes of ethics related to clinical supervision that promotes quality assurance and ethical processes in the area of clinical counselor supervision.

​REFUND, CANCELLATION, CERTIFICATE, POSTPONEMENT,  REFUSAL OF SERVICE , ACCOMMODATIONS POLICIES: 

Refunds:
If a refund is requested by the participant, a partial refund, minus a $25.00 adminstrative fee will be provided regardless of the time period of when the request is received for all seminars in which the registration fee charged was $70 or more. If the seminar was under $70, customers will be given a refund of 50% of what was charged/paid. Additionally, a credit card fee will be assessed to all refunds, to cover the cost of PayPal and/or Stripe processing charges on credit cards (these fees usually range from 2.2% – 2.9% of the total conference cost depending on PayPal and or Stripe's current algorithm utilized at the time of payment). 


​Customer Cancellations:​  All cancellation requests must be in writing, thus emailed to leslie@daretodreamlife.com is preferred. No refunds will be issued if received less than 2 weeks of the event.  Please note if a participant fails to contact us as well as fails to appear for the seminar, no refunds will be issued, nor will attendance of another seminar be allowed. Regarding live webinar events, we do not provide refunds due to the following: (1) Attendee technology problems: It is the responsibility of the webinar attendee to test their computer setup prior to the start of the webinar. If a technical failure at your location (work, home, other locations of your preference) prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technical problem is due to our error, we will consider issuing a refund.  (2) Attendee email issues: Refunds will not be issued in cases where an attendee did not receive the webinar login instruction email due to issues like restricted emails, bounced emails, or any other system issues. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact us if they don’t receive the required login information at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the webinar. (3) No shows: Attendees who do not participate in the live webinar will not be entitled to a refund.

Company Cancellations:  If Leslie Phillips Seminars® cancels a seminar, a full refund will be given. Leslie Phillips Seminars® reserves the right to cancel any seminar for any reason deemed appropriate.  

Postponements: At times, postponing a seminar may be unavoidable (such as illness of a presenter, family tragedy, etc). If a seminar is postponed, all registered will have the option to attend the seminar on the newly scheduled date, or have their registration transferred to another seminar of their choice within the next 6 months. No refunds will be given. If a seminar is not attended within that 6 month period, attendance of another seminar is forfeited. 

Certificates: If a customer loses, misplaces, or otherwise cannot find their certificate that was originally provided which includes incidents of email returns or non-responses due to supplying us with an incorrect email address at the time of registration and attendance of webinars, Leslie Phillips Seminars® will provide an additional certificate electronically with an administrative charge of $30.00. This includes if a customer contacts us to state they did not receive their certificate by email and we can provide documentation that it was sent to the email address provided at the time of registration.  Please contact leslie@daretodreamlife.com for further instructions.

ADDITIONAL RESEARCH FEE: While we understand that mishaps occur, unfortunately we have received an increase in customers contacting us, stating they know they attended a seminar, but do not know the date or the title of the seminar. In this instance, they are requesting staff to look through records for large spans of time, often including an entire year or more, to determine their attendance and then send duplicate certificates. This creates additional time for staff, outside of the norm, when a customer does not know the date and/or title of the seminar. Therefore, an additional fee of $20.00 will be charged in cases such as these and will be due BEFORE staff begin this review process.  If a customer requests a certificate to be mailed through the United States Postal Service, Leslie Phillips Seminars ® will mail the certificate with an administrative charge of $40.00. Customers may contact leslie@daretodreamlife.com for futher instructions.

Refusal of Service: We may bar access to any service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms listed on our website. We may bar access to any service if Dare to Dream Services/Leslie Phillips Seminars believes that a customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Dare to Dream Services/Leslie Phillips Seminars® and its subsidiaries. A violation that is harmful to the interests of Dare to Dream Services/Leslie Phillips Seminars® includes but is not limited to: Video recording of live seminars (regardless of format), taking pictures of the screen during live presentations, copying of seminar materials given during attendance (handouts and other documentation) for distribution in a commercial capacity and/or using in a competitors seminar business without written permission of Dare to Dream/Leslie Phillips Seminars®.
